Full Wedding Planning

A wedding package for the couple who desires personal assistance in planning every detail of their unique wedding. Starting with your ideas & vision, we embark on a collaborative journey to bring them to life creating a truly memorable experience!

You will enjoy exclusive access to a sophisticated online planning profile, elevating your wedding planning experience. This personalised platform includes a bespoke wedding website, intricate checklists, a refined diary, seamless appointment and budget management, a design studio, meticulous guest list tracker and the sourcing of venues & suppliers. Full Planning means I am with you every step of the way as well as on-the day coordination too.

Partial Wedding Planning

This package is specifically designed for couples who are at the initial stages of their planning or have already begun but find themselves facing challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking guidance for a specific aspect of the planning process.

This flexible partial planning option enables you to customise a package that aligns with your unique requirements. One popular choice within this package is an extended version of the ‘On the Day Coordination’ service (outlined below).

Approximately 12 weeks prior to your wedding day, I’ll step in to assist with the final planning details. This crucial stage often involves confirming arrangements with your venue & suppliers, and I’m more than capable and willing to take the reins at this point. Similar to the Full Planning package you will get exclusive access to a sophisticated online planning profile which will assist in seamlessly finalising your dream day.

On the Day Coordination

OTD Coordination is a fabulous package designed to bring together all your planning efforts, ensuring you experience a memorable wedding day. You take the lead in the exciting phases of planning – from booking suppliers and attending dress fittings to indulging in menu tastings – then approximately 6 weeks prior to your special day, I step in to finalise your arrangements.

With my expertise and keen attention to detail, I guarantee nothing is overlooked. I will contact all your suppliers in the weeks leading up to the day, confirming final details, set-up logistics and timings. Creating a comprehensive event schedule, I work closely with it on the day, addressing any last-minute queries that may arise.

On the actual day I am onsite to coordinate every aspect of your celebration seamlessly, professionally, and calmly. From welcoming and interacting with guests and suppliers to overseeing set-up and adhering to the timeline, I ensure that everything unfolds flawlessly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy every moment of the day.

We booked an on the day coordination package with Anna for our wedding. I later added a styling package as well.

All I can tell you is that everybody needs an Anna. Our whole day went so smoothly because Anna was there and had planned everything to perfection. In addition to coordinating the entire event and various suppliers she also carried flowers, helped with bridesmaids dresses, buttoned me into my evening dress, bustled my dress before the first dance, supplied tissues, water and god knows what else that I was unaware of.

In the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding Anna was invaluable to me as she took over the majority of dealing with the suppliers which alleviated a huge amount of stress for me. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries I had and calm me down.

I was lucky enough to meet Anna when I was a bridesmaid at my friends wedding in 2021. We booked Anna for our own wedding day in May 2023 as our venue was an outdoor tipi/garden set up & wanted someone who could co-ordinate the day. Anna went above and beyond for us on the day and on the lead up too. Every little detail was taken into consideration and nothing was missed. Nothing is an issue and takes it all in her stride. She liaised with my suppliers on the lead up to ensure everyone knew their role & where to be on the day. Any issues, were sorted with a quick call from Anna. Anna is incredibly professional but made us feel so relaxed on the lead up and on the day, we ended the day with a good friend.
