Roles of a Wedding Planner

I’ve had to don many caps over the years in my role. Trust me, I have so many inter transferable skills I’ve lost count. Let’s be honest, in this job you need to be able to think on your feet, react quickly to any issues that may crop up and do it all with a smile. No problem!

Not only do I seamlessly coordinate and run your wedding day you get so much more from me!

I’m your friend, stylist, seamstress (I never, ever forget a sewing kit) negotiator, timekeeper, peace maker, leader, organizational guru, creative director and multitasking coordinator to list but a few.

I have patience, imagination, a good sense of humour and I’m realistic when supporting you throughout the planning process

I LOVE a to do list – not only in my job but personal life too. Everything seems a little easier when you can jot everything down on paper, right? I like to think of it as a brain dump. I encourage my clients to do this when they are feeling overwhelmed or are losing track of the tasks at hand. So easy to send me an email with what needs done and I’ll sort it.

I always create detailed checklists and break them down into yearly/monthly/weekly and daily tasks. It makes the panning process so much more manageable.

Need help with the planning then contact me to see how I can help you.
